Suicide is an extreme form of withdraw. Wanting out of relationship a form of withdraw.
Basically you want to make a list of all the ways you & her a withdrawing form each other & from other people.
Next remove the excuse that allow you to withdraw. It sounds like sex & work are the 2 you focus on the most. Your basically asking your girl friend to pay rent by either fucking you or working the street. Its actually more reasonable then its sounds but your anger has exaggerated it to the level of cartoon fantasy. Part of the reason she doesn't want sex is you keep pushing her away. Sex becomes a punishment (or job) for both of you instead of a reward or just fun.
Usually people that do art try for marketing jobs. Try helping her get job since that will help one way or another. If she leaves she's be able to pay rent & if she stays she can save to "invest" in the families future. I say invest because its the feeling of being apart instead of withdrawing, as well as, financial saving if she takes off to have kids. The natural opposite of withdraw is investing in the relationship.
